Regarding shipping during the Obon period, please be aware of the schedule below.
■Regarding the shipping of ordered products, our logistics center will be closed on the following days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding that we will not be able to ship products during the following periods.
Closed: August 13th (Wed) - August 16th (Sat)
For orders placed after August 11th (Monday), we will begin shipping them out starting from August 17th (Sunday).
*Please note that there is expected to be heavy traffic on Sunday, August 17th when shipping resumes, so there may be delays in the delivery of your products.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to road congestion or other delivery circumstances.
■Regarding inquiries, we are currently responding to inquiries as follows:
*Business hours (weekdays 11:00~18:00)
*We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible, excluding weekends and holidays, but please understand that if we receive a large number of inquiries, you may have to wait.
