■Regarding Sales Price
The sales price shall be the amount displayed (listed price including tax).
Depending on the region for international shipping, price differences may occur.
Shipping fees are charged separately.

Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

・Paidy Pay Later
The confirmed monthly invoice is finalized at the end of each month, and Paidy will notify you via email or SMS between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
Available payment methods are convenience store (store terminal), bank transfer, or direct debit.
Payment deadlines are as follows:
For convenience store and bank transfer payments, the deadline is the 27th of the following month.
For direct debit, the withdrawal will occur on the 27th of the following month (or the next business day if it falls on a bank holiday).
Depending on the payment method, a handling fee may apply for each monthly payment (invoice).
For convenience store payments: 390 yen (tax included)
For bank transfers: the transfer fee is borne by the customer
For direct debit: no handling fee applies

■Shipping Fees
Shipping fee for purchased items is 660 yen (tax included) (Free for orders over 20,000 yen).
(Some campaign items or periods may be excluded.)

Regarding international shipping fees
・Asia: 3,000 yen (Free for orders over 25,000 yen)

・Oceania: 3,500 yen (Free for orders over 25,000 yen)

・Maldives: 5,000 yen (Free for orders over 30,000 yen)

・Europe Zone 1: 5,000 yen (Free for orders over 30,000 yen)

■Special Provisions Regarding Returns
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations.
Exceptions will be made only if, within 7 days after receiving the product, the delivered item differs from the order or the item is defective.
In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by our company.
Please contact us through the inquiry form with a description of the product's condition and photos.
We also accept size exchanges only for unused items.
Size exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
Exchanges before shipment are not accepted.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

・Items that have been hemmed or altered
・Used items
・Washed items
・Intimate items that come into close contact with the skin
・Items missing tags, packaging, or any included accessories, or damaged items
・If you do not possess the receipt (purchase statement / credit card slip / return card)
・Items that have been scratched, damaged, or soiled while in the customer's possession
・Items purchased for resale (including cases judged by our company as resale purchases)
・Items ordered as uniforms
・Cases where excessive returns or exchanges are repeated
・Requests for returns or exchanges of 50 or more units of the same product number
・Cases where the product differs from the customer’s pre-purchase impression

■Timing of Provision of Services or Delivery of Goods
For standard shipping, products will be dispatched within 1–3 business days from the order date.
