①How to use

Step 1. Enter the size and quantity of the item you want to order. Click "Add to Cart".
Step 2. Verify that you have the correct products and sizes in your shopping cart and click "Checkout" to proceed.
Step 3. Enter your shipping address. If you have a coupon code, please include it.

Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you the details of your order via email.

②Payment

Credit card payment: Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club cards.

Payment can be made via digital wallets "Apple Pay" and "Google Pay".

Payment can be made using the smartphone payment services "Pay Pay", "LINE Pay" and "Merpay".

③Cancellation and changes after ordering

Once your order has been confirmed, we will automatically move onto the shipping process via our system, so we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed.

④About delivery

Regarding domestic shipping, we will ship domestically using Sagawa Express and Japan Post.
After you have completed your order, delivery will usually take between 1 and 10 days.

⑤Returns and exchanges after delivery

As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products.
As an exception, we will only accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving the product if the product you received is different from the one you ordered or if there is a defect in the product.
If the above applies, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

In addition, we do not accept returns of products due to personal reasons, however, we will accept size exchanges for unopened products within 7 days of receiving the product.
