We are unable to cancel or change the contents of an order after it has been confirmed, as the order will automatically proceed to the shipping process through the system linkage as soon as possible after the order is confirmed.

The delivery time for standard items is a minimum of 1-10 days after the order is completed.

⑤RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
As an exception, we will only accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt of the product, if the product arrives different from the order or if the product is defective.
In the above cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.
Please contact us via our contact form with a description of the item's condition and a photo of the item.
Size exchanges are accepted only for unused items.
Size exchanges are accepted only in the following cases.
We do not accept exchanges before the product has been shipped.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items without tags, packages, or other accessories, or items that are damaged.
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged without tags, packaging, or other accessories
Merchandise that has been damaged or defaced by the customer
Merchandise purchased for the purpose of resale (including cases where we deem the merchandise to be for resale)
Merchandise ordered as uniforms
Items that have been returned or exchanged repeatedly and excessively
In the event that you request the return or exchange of 50 or more items with the same item number, or if the item differs from the image you had before purchasing.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been intentionally damaged or defaced.
